Vermont

Vermont, People in communities in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts who are in the area of emergency evacuation of the Vermont Yankee nuclear plant will be hearing more than usual tests emergency siren. Cities test their sirens once a month and most often run as a matter of seconds. Testing in November, it will run the sirens for three minutes.
