Snazzy Napper

The elegant Napper blows today following a story in which reporter Jeanne Moos of CNN interviewed the creator, Atlanta doctor Margaret Wilson, and tested the thing at a subway in New York. How do people react? Well, considering that the product is basically a blanket that is tied to his face, with shock, horror and confusion.

Confusion. That is the feeling that the infomercial for the elegant Napper evokes more easily. Why? Well ... somewhat resembles a Burka. Or what the Elephant Man sadly put dramatically after shouting: "I am not an animal!" In summary, the Napper's elegant, and it’s corresponding infomercial, are ripe for parody. That's where you come in.

We invite you to create a two-minute parody of the video below for Tuesday, August 31. All videos are posted on the HQ Mashable Tumblr. The winner will be presented at Mashable, and get your own elegant Napper (yes ... I ordered one ... It's coming to my apartment now...), signed by the entire New York office Mashable.
